Organizational Information
Boost collaborative is a community-based non-profit organization devoted to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families throughout Whitman and Latah Counties. Boost is dedicated to serving people with many different skills and abilities from all walks of life. Boost collaborative works daily to provide clothing goods to our thrift store "Palouse Treasures".   


Opportunity Description
Do you have very good organization skills? Students will be helping to sort and fold donated clothing while learning more about various opportunities boost provides. 

 

Days/Times
Transportation will be provided. Please meet at CUB L45 at 2:10 PM to meet with your group. We plan to return to campus around 4:50 PM. 

 Friday March 13th will be adjusted back by 30 minutes. Please be at the CUB by 1:40 PM. 

Requirements

Service hours are allocated based on the amount of direct service participation and do not include meeting time and transportation to/from the service site. The use of personal transportation will not be allowed, and hours will not be recorded for time spent on service site.  Students should plan to receive 2.5 hours of service for this project. Please dress appropriately for the weather. Closed-toed shoes are required. All students are advised to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing.

Cancellation Policy
Participants can unregister on GivePulse up to 24 hours before the scheduled project start time. Please let CCE staff know if you are unable to participate if it is within 24 hours of the project meeting time. The CCE has a strict No-Show Policy. After 2 No Shows students will be unable to participate in CCE-led Projects for the rest of the semester.
