The Franklin Elementary PTA believes in building partnerships between our families and our school. Together we can help our children be successful. We are part of an association that is also organized at state and national levels. By joining the local PTA, you are automatically a member of the state and national associations. The PTA is the largest child advocacy volunteer organization in the nation which speaks for the interests of all children and their safety, health, welfare, and education.
