Since the early 1980’s, Milestone Decisions has provided residential care & services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them enjoy meaningful lives. Our dedicated team of 170 full- and part-time, compassionate Direct Support Professionals currently supports over 50 individuals, living at our residential habilitations in Moscow and Coeur d’Alene, Idaho.
