    Food Insecurity During a Pandemic – Public Square discussion 

    Learning about food insecurity and resources was especially helpful now as our community handles the impact of COVID-19 and the recent fires. I knew Whitman county was the most food insecure in Washington, but I was surprised to hear the breakdown of how many people in our community are food insecure and rely on assistance to feed themselves and their families. I definitely feel like I could be a resource for information for any of my friends or peers who might need help providing for themselves, and I thought it was important to learn about and be more mindful of something that so many individuals in our community rely on!
